This is a perfect safari for honeymooners with accommodation in luxury lodges with an intimate atmosphere. Explore the best of Tanzania in this package. You will visit Tanzania’s most renowned game parks, including Tarangire, Serengeti, and the Ngorongoro Conservation Area before continuing to Zanzibar for days spent on the white palm-fringed beaches in your beach resort.
This country offers a fantastic combination of adventure and romance. The game viewing is exceptionally good, and Tanzania offers a number of small, intimate, and authentic camps and lodges, many of which provide the option to book a private vehicle for game drives.
Additionally, you can combine your safari in Tanzania with beach time on Zanzibar! Most of our clients who choose Tanzania for their honeymoon want to start with a safari before spending a few days relaxing on an idyllic beach. However, you can easily spend time on the beach first, followed by a safari – the choice is yours!
When it comes to safari destinations, Tanzania divides into two areas – the famous ‘Northern Circuit’ and the off-the-beaten-track south.Within the North, our top picks for honeymooners are the Ngorongoro Crater and the Serengeti. Both pack a mighty punch when it comes to sheer volume of wildlife, including all the Big Five.

THE HOTEL is not made up of rooms; just villas, and bungalows. Each separated from one another to attain absolute privacy, and all of them outfitted with outdoor showers and large terraces. The size of our plot could easily accommodate twice as many houses, but we decided to build only 55 of them. Nestled on a west-facing slope, most of the units enjoy direct sea-views. And our ceilings reach for the sky: African-style roofing delivers a breathtaking cathedral-like feeling over your bed and cannot be compared to anything you would find in busy Western cities. On the other hand, being so far away from civilization, we did not want to compromise the quality of your connection with the rest of the world, which is why we have built our own dedicated fast internet line to the mainland – the only hotel in Zanzibar to date!
Your last day in Tanzania you will be transferred through to Zanzibar’s airport for your international flight home.
Ngorongoro Oldeani Mountain Lodge
The lodge is elevated with 360 degree views that extend all the way to Lake Eyasi and Lake Manyara. The property is set on 40 acres of pristine lush green gardens and local vegetation with over 130 species of birds. The lodge is accessed over a pond and one’s first impression is the grand central hallway with wooden trusses looking out over the fire place, infinity pool and out onto the Mount Oldeani, which is part of the caldera of the world famous Ngorongoro crater, only 12Kms away!
The spectacular stone main house has all the luxuries including main lounge, grand central hallway, dining room, spa, boutique, conference room, media (TV) room, outside fire place, rim flow pool, billiards room, internet cafe and children’s’ activity room.
