 Day 1 Arrival at  JRO –Kilimanjaro International Airport,

After finish passport control and customs procedures You will meet our profession tour guide for short briefing about the next hour,Transfer from airport to Arusha for a refreshing and anticipating rest at Arumeru River Lodge for check in,dinner and overnight,


Day 2 to 6 – Machame Route
Early morning breakfast followed by meeting and briefing with your head guide, Transfer to Machame Gate for registration and start of climb.

In preparation for the climb ahead, acclimatize as you walk through Arusha National Park. Situated between the peaks of Mount Kilimanjaro and Mount Meru, this scenic park houses a wide range of habitats, from its string of crater lakes populated by waterfowl, to its highland montane forest and imposing summit views. The forest harbors a wealth of wildlife, including frolicking black-and-white colobus monkeys and regal bushbucks, sometimes glimpsed in the glades between the ancient cedar trees. This evening, sit down to a welcome dinner with fellow guests.

Day 2

Mount Kilimanjaro | 10,000 feet

Available Accommodation: Machame Camp


Drive from Arusha to the Machame village on the slopes of Mount Kilimanjaro to begin your climb. Hike for about six hours through dense rubber tree and giant fig forests to your camp, set up near huts once used for shelter on the mountain. As you make your way up through the forested terrain, keep an eye out for elephants. Settle in to your first camp, poised at an altitude of 10,000 feet.

Day 3 Kilimanjaro Trekking

Mount Kilimanjaro | 12,500 feet

Available Accommodation: Shira Camp

Wake early to a piping-hot cup of coffee or tea. As you leave camp, absorb the commanding view of Uhuru Peak. Trek out of the forest up to the Hagenia zone, through a savanna of tall grasses and haunting volcanic lava landscapes. After a six-hour hike, arrive at the Shira Plateau and your camp. At 12,500 feet, it boasts sweeping views across the Masai Steppe to distant Mount Meru and the Shira Needles.

Day 4 Kilimanjaro Trekking

Mount Kilimanjaro | 13,000 feet

Available Accommodation: Barranco Camp

During a six-hour hike, skirt the Shira Plateau toward the Kibo Massif, continuing upward to the pass at Lava Tower (15,000 feet). Descend toward Barranco Camp through the immense, waterfall-punctuated Grand Barranco canyon, which is fed by streams from the Umbwe River. Today’s camp is situated at an elevation of 13,000 feet.

Day 5 Kilimanjaro Trekking

Mount Kilimanjaro | Acclimatization Day

Available Accommodation: Karanga Camp

Hike for about four hours along the Barranco Cliff with no increase in elevation. This allows you time to rest and adjust to the increasingly higher altitudes. In the afternoon, you may hike in the Karanga Valley set beneath the icefalls of the Heim, Decken and Kersten glaciers.

Day 6 Kilimanjaro Trekking

Mount Kilimanjaro | Preparing for the Summit

Available Accommodation: Barafu Camp

Take another short, four- to five-hour trek and a day of acclimatization as you near the mountain’s peak, stopping at Barafu Camp (15,200 feet) on a moraine, with views of majestic Mawenzi Peak to the right and looming Kibo Peak overhead. The surrounding, scenic alpine desert terrain is largely mineral and features some lichens and moss. Turn in early this evening — tomorrow, you make an early start for the summit.

Day 7 Kilimanjaro Trekking

Mount Kilimanjaro | Summit Day

Available Accommodation: Mweka Camp


Rise very early to a hot cup of coffee or tea, then begin the final ascent to soaring Stella Point, at 18,630 feet on the rim of Kibo Crater. Make your way up a winding path flanked by the towering Ratzel and Rebmann glaciers. As the sun rises, continue around the rim to Uhuru Peak (19,341 feet), where the air is rarefied. Should all go as planned, you will stand at the highest point in Africa in about seven hours’ time. Savor your achievement, and then descend to your last campsite (10,200 feet). Trek for about 13 hours today.

Day 8 – Mweka Gate to Arusha
Your Kilimanjaro experience ends at Mweka gate where you can thank the people who made it all possible before leaving for dinner and overnight at Duluti Lodge in Arusha.

Day 9 - Manyara National Park
Leave Arusha at 7am passing through the rolling landscape to Tarangire National Park in the bush and head to Karatu Simba Lodge for dinner and overnight stay - rejuvenated.

Day 10 – Maasai Village/Serengeti
After breakfast you start a new journey towards Serengeti National Park passing through Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Stop for a while in time and space to visit a local Maasai village. Feel enriched with new insights and continue after lunch to the endless plains of Serengeti. Enjoy a teasing game drive on the way to your lodge. Enjoy the African sunset until dinner and listen to sounds of wildlife until you dare to dream.

Day 11 – Serengeti
Adventure continues with a full day game drive in order to discover more wonders of Serengeti. The presence of wildlife is manifested at each glance. Return dusty, humbled and satisfied to your Grument Luxury Tented Camp

Day 12 – Ngorongoro Crater Rim

Day 13 – Ngorongoro Crater
After breakfast it is time for the World Heritage Site – Ngorongo Crater. You will descend into the caldera floor which represents 260 km2 of paradise on earth. After the game drive you will be transported to Arusha and finally to Kilimanjaro Airport for your departure flight. Feel connected to nature and yourself knowing that your footprints matter to Tanzania.
